Shopping at 123 Shoes

Our goal is to provide every customer with a positive shopping experience. We want happy customers who are pleased with our service. We know that there are many shoe stores to choose from and we truly appreciate your business.

Please remember, although most of what we carry on our website is in our store, there are many items that are not. If you want to be sure we have the item you are interested in available at the store, please call our friendly staff at 585-248-0770 and let them help you. Feel free to communicate with us also by email anytime at info@123shoes.com. This email is monitored 24 hours a day.

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it to be sure we can get your shoes to you as fast as possible. If the footwear you selected is in stock at our store, they are shipped out between 1-2 business days. If they are coming from the factory, the shoes are generally shipped out between 2-3 business days.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will make every attempt to work with you.

Shipping

123 Shoes offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING for all orders over $50 within the CONTINENTAL U.S. UPS delivers to residential addresses in the continental U.S. Monday through Friday, 9am to 8pm.

UPS does not deliver to PO Box Addresses.

Orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped through the United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail.

In most cases, your shoes will be shipped out within two business days after receiving your order. We try very hard to keep our website current. If by rare chance the style you select is back-ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible by email and include a projected delivery date. At that time, you will of course have the opportunity to either choose to accept the back order date, change your order, or cancel.

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly return or exchange your footwear within 14 days of the original purchase, if they are not worn, in the original box, and with your receipt.

Cash or Check purchases will be refunded with a check from our business office within 5 -7 business days. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the account of the credit card that you used to make the original purchase. 

Returns from day 15 - 30 will be given store credit in the form of a gift card for the original purchasing price. 

Any returns after 30 days will be given store credit for the current in store price. All returns must be unworn, salable and in the original box to be accepted.

Shoes must be in the original box and in the same condition as when they were purchased. There should be no evidence of wear, no stains on cork foot-beds(please wear socks), nor evidence of soil on the shoes in any way.

We cannot accept returns of final clearance. 

We handle returns in a timely manner, usually the day they are received. When you actually see the refund in your account would depend on your personal bank policy.

Please remember it is necessary to use an outer box for shipping to protect the inner package. Please do not tape or label the shoe box itself. In the box, please include a note with your name and instructions, such as informing us if you would like an exchange, or if it is a return.

If at any time you receive shoes from us that are flawed in any way, please notify us immediately by email and we will immediately send you a return label. A replacement pair will be sent out to you as soon as the defective pair arrives at our store.

We do our best to process exchanges and returns as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 days upon receipt.

In the Rochester area and looking to pick your shoes up? No problem! Just be sure to confirm that they're in stock in your size before you drive out. We try to keep as much in our store as possible but, wow, the logistics of that are mind boggling. Call or email us in advance and we'll let you know!
